Enginex 3D - License Agreement

The product is licensed under a Royalty-Free license, granting you permission to use it within your product, provided that third parties cannot extract or use the model independently in either digital or physical formats. Reselling the model in its digital form or as a standalone printed item is prohibited.

The product cannot be sold, transferred, or assigned to another individual or entity in its downloaded form.

The license granted to the Buyer is strictly limited to the use of the model as part of an Incorporated Product. Any other use or distribution—including but not limited to sale, replication, or sharing of the model outside of the Incorporated Product—is strictly prohibited. Approved uses of the Product as an Incorporated Product include, but are not limited to:

• Rendered still images, animations, cinematics, or VFX, including use in films, broadcasts, trailers, advertising, or stock imagery.

• Use in video games, simulations, VR/AR applications, or interactive software, as long as the model is incorporated into a proprietary format where it cannot be extracted or resold as a standalone asset.

• Use in printed media or merchandise, such as books, magazines, posters, apparel, packaging, or promotional materials.

• Integration into physical products, including toys, scale models, figurines, prototypes, or manufactured items.

• Use in educational, training, industrial, or engineering applications, provided the model is not distributed in an extractable 3D format.

• Use in architectural visualization, product visualization, or commercial renders for client projects or marketing.
  

If you intend to incorporate or edit the Product for resale purposes (including but not limited to reselling it as part of an asset pack or as a standalone model), you must contact me first to obtain explicit permission. Unauthorized resale or redistribution of the model in its original or edited form is prohibited unless prior written consent is granted.

If you use the Product in software (e.g., video games, simulations, VR worlds), you must implement reasonable protections to prevent unauthorized access to the model.

The Seller grants the Buyer a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use the Product solely as part of an Incorporated Product. This license covers reproduction, display, promotion, licensing, sale, and transmission for promotional or commercial purposes.

This license does not grant any rights or permissions regarding trademarks, logos, or trade names that may appear in the model. All trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. The Buyer is solely responsible for ensuring that any use complies with applicable trademark laws.

Resale, redistribution, or repackaging of the Product in its original or edited form is prohibited unless it is incorporated into an approved final product as outlined above.
